Fair Flowers Fair Plants decorate Swedish princess Victoria’s wedding

The church where Swedish crown princess Victoria said ‘I do’ to Daniel Westling was decorated with sustainably produced flowers and plants from Dutch growers, participating in the international Fair Flowers Fair Plants (FFP) consumber label. The royal couple had specifically requested the Swedish Royal Floricultural Foundation, supplier of the royal family, for these flowers and plants, because they are produced under the best environmental and social conditions.

Dutch rose producer ‘De Singel’, ‘Orchid Promotionclub Netherlands’ and ‘Zuydgeest De Lier’ have supplied their products for the wedding decorations. June 19 was the day that the world had been waiting for, and everything had been taken care of to the detail. The world witnessed a happy couple at a grand wedding, in an entourage, decorated with the finest flowers from producers who meet high standards, respecting people and nature, protecting the environment and guaranteing good working conditions on the companies.
